This evening snowshoe hike from Tromsø is available during the winter season from November to March, departing at 18:30 from Clarion Hotel The Edge by Mercedes minivan to hiking trails outside the city. Group sizes are 2-8 people. Trails that look familiar during the day take on a completely different atmosphere under a blanket of snow and surrounded by darkness.
Everyone will be provided with snowshoes and walking poles, making it easy to walk on deep snow without sinking. If the skies are clear and the Northern Lights are active, you might see green, purple, or pink auroras dancing overhead. Enjoy snacks and hot drinks during the break along the way. The difficulty level is moderate, making it suitable for those who can walk steadily in snow.
