Tour Terms (Short Version — Please Read at Least This)

Rin and the team do our best to take good care of you, but traveling in Europe comes with certain conditions and restrictions that differ from home. Please note the following before your trip:

  1. The itinerary includes more attractions than can realistically be visited within the limited time. This doesn't mean every place can be visited — the pace of travel depends on travelers themselves, who may choose to focus on certain places of interest.
  2. Please notify the driver at least 30 minutes in advance for pickup, so you don't have to wait too long, as drivers usually park and wait at convenient spots, such as gas stations on the outskirts of town or free parking areas.
  3. Some cities prohibit foreign-registered vans from entering the inner city zone, allowing only locally registered vehicles. These are green zones — protected old town areas where vehicles are banned. If you instruct the driver to enter anyway, a fine of approximately €100-500 will apply, and you will be responsible for paying it.
  4. Pickup/drop-off points must comply with each country's laws. These areas are monitored by cameras at all times, and brief stops for pickup/drop-off are not allowed — tourist cities provide designated parking areas for tourists to walk from.
  5. We cannot guarantee hotel service quality, as it depends on the price tier booked. If you'd like a 4-5 star hotel or a city-center location only, please let us know so we can prepare a new quote.
  6. If you rent a private van with driver without a tour leader, you'll need to manage your own sightseeing, with the driver simply picking you up and dropping you off at agreed points.
  7. For large coaches, under European tourism law, tour staff and drivers may work no more than 11 hours/day for safety reasons. After this time, you may continue sightseeing on your own.
  8. Private vans offer flexibility — you set your own start and end times, up to 11 hours per day. If you want to go out late, such as for a concert or night cruise, please let us know in advance.

Tour Terms (Full Version)

Since our tours are small, private group tours, they differ somewhat from the large group tours you may be used to. These differences allow for more freedom and in-depth exploration, but in some cases, you'll need to handle certain things yourself, and the tour price doesn't include everything in one payment, unlike large group tours.

About Costs

  1. The tour price is an all-inclusive package rate. If you don't use any particular service, a partial refund is not available.
  2. If there are more travelers than stated in the quote, additional charges will apply.
  3. For join group programs, you must follow the given itinerary — we reserve the right to decline travelers who create a negative atmosphere or refuse to follow group rules.
  4. You must purchase your own flight tickets — the tour price is a land-only price and does not include flights.
  5. Attraction tickets are paid on-site at actual cost and are not included in the tour price.
  6. Regarding visas, the company will issue vehicle and hotel booking documents on the company's behalf, but you are responsible for your own visa application. If you need visa application assistance, contact "Wa" at LINE: seeyouagainthailand

About the Itinerary

  1. The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, protests, strikes, or festivals, without prior notice.
  2. In the event of protests, city closures, or airport closures, customers must accept the risk themselves; the company cannot be held responsible.
  3. We cannot guarantee entry to churches, palaces, or similar sites, as special events sometimes take place.

About Luggage

  1. If you leave luggage in the vehicle and it's stolen, we cannot be held responsible. We recommend purchasing the highest level of insurance coverage.
  2. The tour price does not include hotel porter fees — you carry your own bags, or tip staff €1-3 per trip.
  3. Luggage is limited to 1 large bag + 1 small bag per person. Additional charges apply if you exceed this.
  4. If you have a health condition preventing you from carrying your own luggage, please notify us in advance — Europe has regulations limiting worker lifting to no more than 23 kg/bag.

About Accommodation

  1. We cannot guarantee hotel quality — if you'd like a 4-5 star hotel or a city-center location, please let us know so we can prepare a new quote.
  2. Most hotels in Europe do not have air conditioning — in summer (June/July/August), it can get very hot, so we recommend upgrading to a 4-5 star hotel with air conditioning.
  3. Apartment-style accommodations vary by individual owner standards — the company cannot be held responsible for delays or emergency cancellations.
  4. City Tax / Resort Tax (~€1-3/person/city) is paid directly at the hotel and is not included in the tour price — payable only upon actual check-in.
  5. If your hotel voucher shows Over Booked, call the central number on the voucher, then immediately call 083-035-9755 — do not book a new room yourself.

About Vehicles and Drivers

  1. If there's no tour leader, you must coordinate directly with the driver yourself, in English, via mobile phone.
  2. Notify the driver at least 30 minutes in advance for pickup.
  3. Foreign vehicles are not allowed in old town inner zones — fines of €100-500 per violation apply, and you're responsible if you instruct the driver to break this rule.
  4. Large coaches operate under EC Regulation 561/2006: drive no more than 9 hours/day · total work no more than 11 hours · 11 consecutive hours of rest before the next working day · 30-minute break after 4.5 hours of driving.
  5. Children under 150 cm tall must use a car seat/booster seat as required by European law (Directive 2003/20/EC).

About Tour Leaders

  1. Tour leaders work no more than 12 hours per day and must have 12 consecutive hours of rest.
  2. A tour leader is not the same as a licensed tour guide — they provide general historical information and their fee is lower than that of a licensed guide. If you'd like more in-depth commentary, please let us know in advance.

About Insurance

  1. The company arranges group insurance with AXA as required by law — accident medical expenses up to 500,000 THB / life coverage up to 1,000,000 THB
  2. Travelers under 1 year old and over 75 years old are not covered
  3. This is accident insurance — pre-existing medical conditions are not covered. If you have any, please bring your own medication with you

Payment

  1. Once you have paid the first deposit, you are automatically considered to have accepted all these terms and conditions
COACH SERVICES RULE

Large Coach Driving Regulations in Europe

There are EC Regulations (561/2006EC) governing coach drivers in Europe, to ensure your safety on the road:

  1. Within each 24-hour period, a driver may not drive more than 9 hours — total working time including breaks must not exceed 12 hours (counted from when the wheels start turning at the driver's hotel until the engine stops at the driver's hotel)
  2. Driving time can be extended to 10 hours/day, but no more than twice per week
  3. Drivers must have at least 11 consecutive hours of rest — if a day ends late, the next day's 11-hour rest period must be completed before work can begin
  4. Drivers must take a 45-minute break after 4.5 hours of driving — or split it into a 15-minute break followed by a 30-minute break
  5. Tour coaches must not exceed 100 km/h — if towing a trailer, no more than 80 km/h

Note

If you wish to tour for more than 11 hours per day, a second driver should be hired, with additional costs charged accordingly
