A boat tour running from February to March operated by Cruise Service, departing Tromsø at 9:00 AM aboard the MS Gabriele, a spacious catamaran with warm indoor seating, panoramic windows, and an outdoor viewing deck. The entire tour takes about 6 hours.
Along the way, sail past fjords, mountains, islands, and coastal communities in the Tromsø area. Your English-speaking coordinator shares stories of local nature, history, and coastal culture, with chances to spot sea eagles, seals, and seabirds. The boat stops at Sommarøy island for about 1 hour to let you take a self-guided walk or explore the shoreline before reboarding.
Food and drinks are not included, but snacks and hot or cold beverages can be purchased at the onboard kiosk. Please wear warm clothing, warm shoes, a hat, and gloves, as weather conditions can change quickly. The itinerary and the stop at Sommarøy may be adjusted based on sea and wind conditions. Wildlife sightings are natural and cannot be guaranteed. Our team is happy to check availability and book for you.
