A northern lights chase by bus from Tromsø. Your coordinator uses weather forecasts and local experience to pick the spot with the best chances that night. Some nights you stay at one spot all night, other nights you move between several, and you may even drive as far as Finland, so please bring your passport or ID card.
The highlight is the coordinator who is a photographer. They share stories about the northern lights and help you shoot with your own camera or phone. Portraits with the northern lights are available, and you can buy the high-resolution files after the trip (no free photos). It suits photography lovers and families, as there is no minimum age, but please give your children's ages and weights when booking so that car seats can be prepared.
Hot drinks and biscuits are provided. Wear several layers, a hat, a scarf and gloves, and bring your own drinking water. The bus is heated, but on very cold nights it may gradually get chilly. If you do not see the northern lights, you may receive a 50% discount on your next trip, subject to the operator's conditions. The northern lights can never be guaranteed.
