A special concert exclusively on New Year's Eve (Dec 31) at the Arctic Cathedral, an iconic Tromsø landmark. Resident organist Thorsten Ahlrichs performs on what the cathedral notes is the largest organ in the Arctic region, lasting about 45 minutes.

The program includes Bach's Toccata and Fugue in D minor, the Overture from Handel's Music for the Royal Fireworks, Christmas carols from France, Italy, and Germany, and Leroy Anderson's Sleigh Ride. Before the performance starts, the organist offers a brief introduction to the pieces for those who want deeper insight.
