The Seal Meeting is an exclusive small-group experience at Polaria in Tromsø, priced per person with a limit of 2 participants per session. Available daily year-round at 13:30. A coordinator leads you through the seal pool area, introduces each seal species, and explains how positive reinforcement stimulates and trains these marine mammals.
The highlight is getting up close to one of the seals and participating in the feeding and training routine, complete with close-up photos, videos, and selfies. Polaria is home to three species: bearded seals named Bella, Mai San, and Vlad; harbor seals named Loffen, Lyra, and Leo; and a ringed seal named Junior.
Admission to Polaria is not included and must be purchased separately. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Participants must be at least 10 years old. Not wheelchair accessible. Bring your mobile phone for photos! Afterward, you can explore Polaria's aquarium, exhibits, and panoramic cinema at your leisure. Our team can check availability and arrange bookings for you.
