Visa Quotation Terms:
- Transferring payment confirms the booking and constitutes acknowledgment of these quotation terms.
- After payment is transferred, if the client cancels the visa application or cancels any part of the service (such as document translation or travel insurance), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, as the client has declined the service.
- The visa destination country cannot be changed. If you change countries, you must pay for a new visa application.
- If you change your mind and do not proceed with the visa, the right cannot be transferred to another person. The company will consider that you have declined the service and will not issue any refunds.
- The client is responsible for shipping costs when sending visa application documents to us by post or messenger.
- The waiting time for visa results depends entirely on the embassy. We cannot guarantee in advance when the results will be known, as consideration rests solely with the embassy. Visa processing is handled on a case-by-case basis and cannot be predicted in advance. Some applicants wait longer because the embassy takes time to verify. The visa applicant acknowledges and accepts this risk and agrees to take full responsibility for the waiting period. The company assumes no responsibility whatsoever for visa processing times.
- Visa approval depends solely on the embassy. We assist in preparing your documents thoroughly to prevent visa rejection, but whether the visa is approved depends on the applicant's profile and credibility; however, the company will help you prepare documents meticulously.
- The quoted price covers visa application assistance only and does not include visa appeal services. Once you receive your passport back and know the visa outcome, the visa service is considered complete.
- This service is for visa application assistance; therefore, the company's responsibility is to help process the visa application. However, using the visa to enter the country is your responsibility, as is preparing documents to present to immigration upon arrival. If you are unable to pass immigration into the destination country for any reason, the company assumes no responsibility whatsoever. We are solely a facilitator assisting with your visa application.
