Service fee: price 27,000 THB per person

The price above includes: the visa application fee paid to the embassy, DHL postage paid to the embassy so that it can send your passport back to Thailand, international bank transfer fees, DHL postage to send your passport to Indonesia, a flight reservation for the visa application (a reservation only), and 1-year travel insurance

(This price does not include 7% tax.)

Conditions of the visa quotation:

- Transferring payment confirms your order and means you have acknowledged these quotation conditions.

- After payment, if you cancel the visa application yourself or cancel any part of the service, such as document translation or travel insurance, we cannot refund any amount, as it is considered that you have declined the service yourself.

- The country of application cannot be changed. If you change countries, you must pay for a new visa.

- If you change your mind about applying for the visa, you cannot transfer your right to another person. The company will consider that you have declined the service, so no refund will be given.

- The customer is responsible for the cost of sending the visa application documents to us by post or courier.

- The waiting time for the visa result depends on the embassy. We cannot guarantee in advance when the result will be known, because the decision rests solely with the embassy. Visa decisions are made case by case and cannot be predicted. Some applicants wait a long time because the embassy takes longer to review their case. The applicant acknowledges and accepts this risk and is responsible for the risk of waiting for the visa result. The company is not responsible in any way if the visa is not issued in time for travel.

- The visa result depends solely on the embassy. If the visa is not approved, the company is not responsible in any way.

- The quoted price covers only the service of helping you apply for the visa and does not include visa appeal services. Once you have received your passport back and know the visa result, the visa service is considered complete.

- This service is a visa-processing fee. The company's responsibility is to help you submit the visa application. Using the visa to enter the country is your responsibility, as is preparing the documents to show immigration officers at entry. / If you cannot use the visa to leave Thailand for any reason, or you cannot pass immigration into the destination country for any reason, the company is not responsible in any way. We are only a facilitator who helps you with the visa application.

- Preparing a flight reservation for the visa application / fee 300 THB per person

- Translating documents into English / 300 THB per page for basic documents: name-change certificate, surname-change certificate, marriage certificate, divorce certificate, birth certificate and house registration. For other documents, please ask for the price.

- Buying MSIG travel insurance online for you, with a suitable plan that can be used for the visa application / online purchase service fee 400 THB per person (the customer also pays the insurance premium according to the plan chosen)

- Preparing an English cover letter, translated from the Thai letter you send us / fee 500 THB for a 1-page letter per person

- Preparing an English cover letter, where the company comes up with the content and writes the English letter for you, so you do not need to send a Thai draft / fee 800 THB for a 1-page letter per person

- Preparing an English letter explaining your occupation and income, for freelancers without an employment certificate or registered business / fee 500 THB for a 1-page letter per person

- Preparing an English sponsorship letter for visa applicants whose financial sponsorship is guaranteed by a company in Serbia (with the Serbian company's financial documents and bank statement submitted as well) / fee 200 THB per person
