Where to apply for a Lithuania visa

Submit your Lithuania visa application at the visa application centre for Germany run by VFS Global, because the German Embassy in Thailand is the one that processes Schengen visas for Lithuania.

Lithuania visa: documents for a Lithuania tourist visa application

1. Visa application form
2. Color photo with a white background, 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm, taken within the last 6 months
3. Passport with at least 2 blank pages (we recommend at least 6 months of remaining validity), plus your old passport (if you have one)
4. Flight reservation (a booking only; you do not need to buy the actual ticket yet)
5. Accommodation booking
6. Travel itinerary. If you will also visit countries outside the Schengen area, please submit the flight booking and a copy of the visa page for that country as well
7. If you are traveling with a tour company, submit the tour booking or tour booking confirmation
8. Financial evidence: a bank statement requested from your bank, covering at least the last 3 months
9. If the applicant is an employee: an employment certificate letter, in English, on the company's original letterhead, issued within the last 30 days. / If the applicant is a business owner: a company registration certificate (from the DBD), issued within the last 30 days
10. (If applicable) For applicants with insufficient funds: submit a sponsor letter in English from the person who wishes to sponsor the applicant. 14. Overseas travel insurance with minimum coverage of 30,000 euros
15. For foreign applicants only: the original and a copy of your work permit, and a valid Re-Entry stamp from Thai Immigration that remains valid after this trip
16. For minor applicants only: show the original birth certificate and submit a copy of it + a copy of the passport page or ID card page of the father and mother. / If the applicant is under 18 and travels with only one parent: submit the original and a copy of the consent letter from the district office, signed by the parent who is not traveling with the minor. / If the minor travels alone: the original and a copy of the consent letter for overseas travel from the district office, signed by both parents. / If one parent has passed away, submit the death certificate. / If only one parent has sole custody, show the original and submit a copy of the custody document or the Por Kor 14 form

18. Copy of your most recent Schengen visa and every Schengen visa you have held. / We also recommend submitting copies of any other visas you have held
19. Copies of Schengen entry and exit stamps
20. If your Schengen visa is in an old passport: submit a copy of the first page of the passport and a copy of the Schengen visa, as well as copies of the pages with Schengen entry and exit stamps (or we recommend submitting a copy of the first page of the passport + copies of every page inside the booklet that has any visas and every page with entry and exit stamps for various countries; blank pages do not need to be copied)

Service fee for a Lithuania visa, Lithuania tourist visa

1. Price: 2,850 THB per person (#We do not provide hotel booking documents for visa applications. Please send your hotel booking file to the company. However, if you book a tour with us, we will provide the hotel booking for your visa application.)

2. VFS visa application centre service fee: 714 THB per person, paid online in advance when you book your visa appointment. / The price may change depending on the date of online payment.

In total for these 2 items, you pay 3,564 THB per person when you place your order

The service fee above does not include the following:

1. The embassy visa application fee of 90 euros and the cost of posting your passport back to your home, which come to approximately 4,000 THB per person in total. You pay this directly on the day of your visa application. / It also does not include any of the special optional services offered by the VFS visa application centre.

2. Document translation fees. If translation is needed, we will request additional payment. To begin with, you may try requesting English-language documents from the relevant government offices. After we receive your documents, we will let you know the translation fee, and you will need to transfer the additional amount. The translation fee is 300 THB per page for the following: divorce certificate, marriage certificate, name change certificate, surname change certificate, commercial registration certificate, company registration certificate, birth certificate, house registration. For the translation of other documents, please ask for the price.

3. MSIG travel insurance. You pay the actual insurance price by transferring additional payment, according to the insurance plan we send you to choose from. If you would like us to buy it for you, please let us know.

4. Fee for obtaining a company registration certificate. If you would like us to obtain the certificate from the Department of Business Development, the service fee is 400 THB per certificate (this price includes the Department's fees). If you would like this service, please let us know in advance.

5. Photo fee, if you choose to have your photo taken at VFS on the day of your visa application. You pay VFS directly, at 250 THB.

6. Fee for submitting your application by appointment outside office hours or in the VIP premium lounge, approximately 2,000 THB per person. You pay the visa application centre directly on the day of your application (only if you want to use this special service).

7. Cost of sending your visa application documents to the company by messenger or post. You are responsible for paying the shipping cost for your visa application documents.

8. English introduction letter. If you would like to submit an introduction letter, there is an additional fee of 500 THB per person. The embassy does not require an introduction letter, but if you would like to submit one, please let the company know in advance so we can prepare the document for you.

9. English letter explaining your work and income, if you are self-employed. Please let the company know in advance so we can prepare the document for you. There is an additional fee of 500 THB per person, because the visa service fee does not include this service in advance.

10. Submitting additional documents for you at the visa application centre or the embassy. There is an additional fee of 1,000 THB per visit. You pay only if you need to submit additional documents because the embassy requested them later, because the service fee quoted does not include this service in advance.
