Estonia visa applicants can submit their Estonia tourist visa application at the visa application centre of Finland, VFS Global, because the Finnish Embassy is the one that processes Estonia visa applications.

Not difficult, as long as you submit complete documents, have stable employment and good finances, have ties in Thailand that you need to return to, and have a good travel history.

How far in advance can you apply for an Estonia visa?

A Schengen tourist visa for Estonia can be applied for no more than 180 days before your travel date (we recommend not less than 15 days before your travel date).

How long does an Estonia visa take? How long is the wait for the result?

The wait for an Estonia visa result is about 15 working days, but in some cases it may take longer if there are many applicants at that time. The periods when Thais most like to visit Europe are April and October. If you plan to travel in these periods, we recommend applying for your visa early, because visa appointment slots may fill up quickly.

How much money must be in your account to apply for an Estonia visa?

We recommend a balance in the hundreds of thousands, which gives you more confidence, but please do not transfer a large sum into your account just before applying for the visa. We recommend at least a minimum of 100,000 THB per person + 5,000 THB per day of travel. For example, for 14 days you should have at least 170,000 THB to be more confident.

3. Passport with at least 2 blank pages remaining. We recommend having at least 6 months of validity left
4. 2 copies of the biodata page with the photo of the current passport

8. Copy of name/surname change certificate (if any) / with translation
9. Proof of employment/employment certificate in English/company certificate/commercial registration certificate
10. Proof of study for students / student status certificate in English
11. For minors under 18 years old: If the minor is not traveling with parents, submit the original birth certificate and a copy / original and copy of legal guardianship documents from the legal guardian (if any) / original and copy of the consent letter for the minor to travel abroad from the district office from the parent(s) not traveling with the minor

14. Round-trip flight reservation (just a reservation, no need to buy actual tickets yet)
15. If traveling with a tour company, submit the tour booking confirmation from the tour company
16. Financial proof, savings account bank statement from the bank for the past 3 months in English
17. Copy of land ownership certificate (if you wish to submit additionally), copy of marriage certificate/copy of birth certificate of minor children
18. For applicants who do not hold Thai nationality, submit a copy of a valid visa/work permit and show the original on the visa application day

Note : Thai official documents must be submitted together with an English translation.

Service fee for an Estonia visa / tourist visa

Price: 2,850 THB per person

(#We do not provide hotel booking documents for visa applications. Please send your hotel booking file to the company. However, if you book a tour with us, we will provide the hotel booking for your visa application.)

The service fee above does not include the following:

1. The embassy visa application fee of 90 euros, all the service fees of the VFS visa application centre, and the cost of posting your passport back to your home, which come to approximately 4,700 THB per person in total. You pay this directly to the visa application centre on the day of your visa application. / It also does not include any of the other special optional services offered by VFS.

2. Document translation fees are not included. If translation is needed, we will request an additional payment. To start, you may try requesting English-language copies of your documents from the relevant government offices. Once we receive your documents, we will let you know the translation fee, and we kindly ask you to transfer the additional amount. Translation is charged at 300 THB per page for the following documents: divorce certificate, marriage certificate, name-change certificate, surname-change certificate, commercial registration certificate, company affidavit, birth certificate and house registration. For the translation of other documents, please ask us for a price.

3. The MSIG travel insurance fee is not included. You pay the actual insurance price by transferring an additional amount, based on the insurance plan we send you to choose from. If you would like us to buy the insurance for you, please let us know.

4. The fee for obtaining a company affidavit is not included. If you would like us to obtain the company affidavit from the Department of Business Development, the service fee is 400 THB per certificate (this price includes the Department's fee). If you need this service, please let us know in advance.

5. The photo fee is not included. If you choose to have your photo taken at VFS on the day of your visa application, you pay 250 THB directly to the VFS visa application centre.

6. The fee for an after-hours appointment or for applying in the VIP premium lounge is not included. It costs approximately 2,000 THB per person, paid directly to the visa application centre on the day of your application (only if you wish to use this special service).

7. The service of preparing an English letter explaining your work and income is not included, in case you are self-employed. Please let the company know in advance so we can prepare the document for you. There is an additional fee of 500 THB per person, because the visa service fee does not include this service in advance.

8. The cost of sending your visa application documents to the company by messenger or by post is not included. Customers are responsible for the cost of sending their visa application documents.

9. The service of preparing an English cover letter is not included. If you would like to submit a cover letter, there is an additional fee of 500 THB per person. The embassy does not require a cover letter, but if you would like to submit one, please let the company know in advance so we can prepare the document for you.

10. The service of submitting additional documents for you at the visa application centre or the embassy is not included. There is an additional fee of 1,000 THB per visit. You pay this only if you need to submit additional documents because the embassy requests them later, as the service fee quoted does not include this service in advance.
