Belgium Visitor Visa Service Fee
12,500 THB per person
This price includes:
1. Company service fee
2. Embassy visa fee of 80 EUR
3. TLS visa application center fee and passport return postal fee paid to TLS (excluding prime time appointment / premium lounge service fee; if you wish to use these special services, you pay TLS directly on the appointment day at 1,800 THB per person)
4. MSIG travel insurance covering your travel itinerary
5. Free document translation for 3 pages (extra translation pages will be charged at 300 THB per page)
Visa Quotation Terms:
Our company provides the following services:
1. Booking visa appointment date
2. Filling out the application form
3. Sending documents to the translator
4. Travel insurance covering your travel itinerary
5. Preparing the applicant's introduction letter in English
6. Issuing flight reservations for visa application purposes (for visa application use only)
7. Printing documents for you: visa appointment confirmation, visa application form, translated documents, travel insurance, flight reservation, invitation letter, and introduction letter
8. On the appointment day, our staff will be on-site at the visa center to standby and assist you
(Service ends once you receive your passport back and know the visa result)
Terms and conditions of the visa quotation:
- Payment transfer constitutes confirmation of hiring our services and acknowledgment of these quotation terms.
- After payment transfer, if the client cancels the visa application or cancels any part of the service, such as document translation or travel insurance, no refund will be provided under any circumstances, as the client declined the service.
- The visa service fee is a lump-sum package. If the client does not use any part of the service, no refund can be requested, and the company will not issue any refunds.
- The destination country for the visa cannot be changed. If you change countries, you must pay the full visa fee again.
- If you change your mind and decide not to apply, your rights cannot be transferred to another person. The company will consider this a refusal of service and will not issue any refunds.
- The client is responsible for delivery costs when sending application documents to us by postal mail or messenger.
- The visa processing time depends entirely on the embassy. We cannot guarantee in advance when the result will be known, as decisions are solely at the embassy's discretion. Visa processing is handled on a case-by-case basis and cannot be predicted in advance. Some applicants wait longer because the embassy requires more time for verification.
- The visa outcome depends entirely on the embassy. We help prepare your documents thoroughly to prevent visa rejection, but whether the visa is approved depends on the applicant's profile and credibility; our company will assist you in preparing thorough documentation.
- The quoted price covers visa application assistance only and does not include visa appeal services. Once you receive your passport back and learn the result, our visa service is considered complete.
- This service fee is for visa application assistance. The company's responsibility is to check whether the country/visa category is open for application and to assist with the application process. However, obtaining the visa and using it to enter the country is your responsibility to verify the entry requirements yourself, such as quarantine policies, pre-entry COVID-19 testing, and whether entry is permitted upon arrival despite holding a visa.
- If your visa has been processed but the destination country changes its entry policies, preventing you from using the visa to enter, you must acknowledge and accept this risk. We act solely as a facilitator for your visa application.
