Netherlands Visitor Visa Service Fee
Price: 12,500 THB per person
The above price includes:
1. Company service fee
2. Embassy visa fee: 80 EUR
3. VFS visa application center fee and passport courier delivery fee paid to VFS (excluding the out-of-hours prime time appointment fee of 1,500 THB per person; if you choose an out-of-hours submission, you pay VFS directly on the appointment day)
4. MSIG travel insurance covering your travel itinerary
5. Free translation for up to 3 pages of documents (additional pages charged at 300 THB per page)

Our service includes:
1. Booking the visa submission appointment
2. Completing the application form
3. Sending documents to the translator
4. Travel insurance covering your travel itinerary
5. Preparing the applicant's English cover letter
6. Issuing a flight reservation for visa application purposes (for visa submission only)
7. Document printing service, including: appointment confirmation, visa application form, translated documents, travel insurance, flight reservation, invitation documents, and cover letter
8. On submission day, our staff will be on standby in front of the application center to assist you
(Service concludes once your passport is returned and the visa result is known)
- Visa Quotation Terms and Conditions:
- Payment transfer constitutes contract confirmation and acknowledgment of these quotation terms.
- Once payment is made, if the client cancels the visa application or waives any part of the service, such as translation or travel insurance, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, as the client voluntarily declined the service.
- The visa fee is an all-inclusive package price. If any service component is not utilized, no partial or full refund can be requested; the company issues no refunds.
- Destination country cannot be changed. If you change countries, a new visa service fee must be paid.
- If you decide not to proceed with the visa, the service cannot be transferred to another individual. The company considers this a forfeiture of service, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
- Clients are responsible for any postal or messenger fees when sending application documents to us.
- Visa processing times depend entirely on the embassy. We cannot guarantee in advance when the visa outcome will be known, as decisions rest solely with the embassy. Visa applications are assessed strictly on a case-by-case basis and cannot be predicted; some applicants may experience longer waiting times due to thorough embassy verifications.
- Visa approval is solely at the embassy's discretion. We prepare your documentation thoroughly to minimize the risk of refusal, but approval ultimately depends on the applicant's profile and credibility. However, our company will prepare your application with the utmost diligence.
- The quoted fee covers visa application assistance only and does not include visa appeal services. Once your passport is returned and the visa decision is made, the visa service is considered complete.
- This service covers visa application assistance. Therefore, our company's responsibility is to verify whether the destination country and visa category are currently accepting applications, and to assist with the filing process. Obtaining the visa and using it to enter the country remains your responsibility to verify entry regulations, such as quarantine rules, pre-departure COVID testing, and whether border authorities permit entry with your valid visa.
- If your visa has been issued but the destination country changes its border policies, preventing you from using the visa to enter, you acknowledge and assume that risk. We act solely as your visa application facilitator.
