Document checklist

• Visa application form
• 2 copies of the passport photo page
• 2 color photos with a white background, taken within the last 6 months, and not the same as the photo on the visa page of your current passport
• Travel insurance (you can check the list of accepted insurance companies here) with coverage of 30,000 euros (Travel insurance not Health insurance)
• 1 original employment certificate issued by your employer or organization, dated within the last 1 month, stating your occupation, salary and length of employment (in English or German). If you run your own business, use the business registration certificate issued by the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, showing the applicant's name. (If you are not employed, the applicant must prepare a letter explaining the source of their daily income.)
• If you are a student, you must have the original certificate of student status from your school or university
• Financial documents, for example: copies of bank statements for the past 6 months, with the latest transaction no more than 1 month old, and the document issue date must be no more than 1 month before the application date. If someone else is paying your expenses, you must prepare a Sponsor Letter (from the family member who is paying), together with documents proving your relationship, such as a marriage certificate, house registration or birth certificate (for children under 20 years old), together with English translations.
• Flight ticket reservation (Ticket Reservation): the document must show the airline name, travel dates and times, flight numbers and the passenger's name, in case the applicant books through a travel agency or directly with the airline
• Accommodation documents (Hotel Booking): these must cover the entire length of the trip and clearly show the applicant's name as the guest and the address of the accommodation, so they are easy to verify. If you are staying at more than one place, the nights should not overlap
• Travel itinerary: if the applicant is traveling to more than 1 country, please state where the applicant will be traveling

Greece Tourist Visa Service Fee

The price is 2,850 THB per person. This price applies when you prepare your own travel itinerary and accommodation bookings for every night, and send us the files or printed documents. (If you book a tour with the company, we will provide the itinerary and the accommodation bookings for every night for your visa application, and you can choose this plan.)

The service fee above does not include the following

1. The embassy's visa application fee of 80 euros per person, about 3,200 THB per person, which you pay on the day of your visa appointment.

2. Document translation fees. If translation is needed, we will ask you to pay the cost separately. To begin with, you can try requesting English versions of your documents from the government office first. Once we receive your documents, we will let you know the translation fee and ask you to transfer the additional amount. The translation fee is 300 THB per page for the following documents: divorce certificate, marriage certificate, name change certificate, surname change certificate, business registration certificate, company certificate, birth certificate and house registration. For the translation of other documents, please ask for the price.

3. AXA travel insurance. You pay the actual price of the insurance by transferring an additional amount, based on the insurance plan we send you to choose from. If you would like us to buy it for you, please let us know.

4. Fee for obtaining the company certificate. If you would like us to obtain the company certificate from the Department of Business Development, the service fee is 400 THB per certificate (this price includes the Department's fee). If you would like this service, please let us know in advance.

5. Cost of sending the visa application documents to the company by messenger or postal delivery. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost of the visa application documents.

6 . English cover letter service. If you would like to submit a cover letter, there is an additional fee of 500 THB per person. The embassy does not require a cover letter, but if you would like to submit one, please let the company know in advance so we can prepare the document for you.

7. Submitting additional documents to the embassy on your behalf. There is an additional fee of 1,000 THB per trip to the embassy. You only pay this if you need to submit additional documents because the embassy requests them later, as the service fee quoted does not include this service in advance.

Our visa service includes the following :

1. Booking the appointment for your visa application day

2. Filling in the application form

3. Coordinating the sending of documents to the translator, if translation is needed (but you transfer the translation fee separately. If translation is needed, we will ask you to pay the cost at 300 THB per page)

4. Coordinating the purchase of travel insurance for you. You pay the actual price of the insurance by transferring an additional amount, based on the insurance plan we send you to choose from

5. Preparing the travel plan document for your visa application, based on the actual travel plan you send us

6. Issuing a flight reservation for the visa application. This reservation is for visa application use only

7. Printing the following documents for you: visa appointment confirmation, visa application form, translated documents, travel insurance, flight reservation, hotel bookings for every night, and the travel plan document

8. On your visa application day, a staff member will wait at the application venue and stand by to help you

Terms and conditions of the visa service quotation

- Transferring payment confirms your order for our service and means you have acknowledged the terms and conditions of this quotation.

- After payment, if you cancel the visa application yourself, or cancel any part of the service, such as document translation or travel insurance, we cannot refund any amount, because it is considered that you have chosen to decline the service yourself.

- The country of the visa application cannot be changed. If you change the country, you will have to pay for a new visa application.

- If you change your mind and decide not to apply for the visa, you cannot transfer your service to another person to apply in your place. The company will consider that you have declined the service, so no refund will be given.

- The customer is responsible for the cost of sending the visa application documents to us by post or messenger.

-The waiting time for the visa result depends on the embassy. We cannot guarantee in advance when the result will be known, because the decision rests with the embassy alone. Visa decisions are made case by case and cannot be predicted in advance. Some applicants wait a long time because the embassy takes longer to review their case.

-The visa result depends on the embassy alone. We prepare your documents carefully to help prevent a visa refusal, but whether the visa is approved depends on the applicant's profile and credibility. Even so, the company will help you prepare your documents as carefully as possible.

- The quoted price covers only the service of helping you apply for the visa and does not include visa appeal services. Once you receive your passport back and know the visa result, the visa service is considered complete.

- This service is a fee for handling your visa application. The company's responsibility is to check whether the visa type for that country is open for application and to help you submit the application. However, once you have the visa, it is your own responsibility to check the entry requirements for using it to enter the country.

- If you have already obtained a visa but the destination country changes its entry policy so that you cannot use the visa to enter, you must accept that risk. We are only facilitating the visa application for you.
