Phalakai Beach (a bit hard to find, you will get lost) and Sai Sung Beach, Khemarat District, Ubon Ratchathani

If you come to Khemarat (the walking street is great), stop by Sai Sung Beach, which is not far away (there is no beach in the high-water season).
The sand dune here is quite tall, and the sand is fine and firm, perfect for bringing a sandboard and sliding down into the crystal-clear Mekong (you can rinse off too).
